Pippa laid on the bed for a moment, blissed out and smiling, but then a
sharp scent hit her and she sat up. The door was ajar and the scent was
definitely coming from there. As she rose and came closer it all but
assaulted her, that wild note that Akeem had, but a thousand times stronger.
"What are you doing?" she asked as she pushed the door open and caught
sight of a mass of black fur and not a man to be found.
